St. Mary`s Church (Little Baddow)

St. Mary`s Church is the parish church of the little Essex village of Little Baddow.

The West tower is 14th century, while parts of the church, including the nave, are Norman.

On a tomb chest there are two very rare oak effigies, of a man and woman, dated about 1320.

A wall painting of St. Christopher, and stained glass featuring St. Michael and the Dragon, are 15th century.
