Leeming Bar Station (Leeming Bar)

Leeming Bar Station is the railway station that serves the small town of Leeming Bar in North Yorkshire.

It is at present the terminus of the Wensleydale Railway.

The line closed in 1954, but this station and the first part of reopened line reopned in 2003.

Trains run via Bedale and Leyburn to Redmire.

Plans are afoot to reopen the line as far as Northallerton to the East, and to the Settle and Carlisle line in the West.
