St. Michael and All Angels Church (Ledbury)

St. Michael and All Angels is the impressive parish church of Ledbury in Herefordshire.

It is situated at the end of Church Street, an attractive street full of picturesque houses, leading from the Market Place.

The church has Norman features, and there is a large detached tower and slender spire.

In the North aisle is a rare glass sundial, dating to about 1710.

Among the memorials is one to Edward Moulton Barrett, the father of Elizabeth Barrett Browning.

The Decorated North chapel was probably designed to be a chapter house. It is now used as a parish room.
