St. Lawrence`s Church (Ipswich)

St. Lawrence`s is one of several mediaeval churches still standing in Ipswich.

It is situated in Dial Lane.

The church was built in the 15th century and is aisleless, and has a 97 foot West tower. It was enlarged in the 19th century.

Declared redundant in 1975, it was purchased by Ipswich Borough Council and reopened in 2008 as a community centre.
