Booth Hall (Hereford)

Booth Hall is an impressive mediaeval survival in the ancient cathedral city of Hereford.

It is situated in an alley leading from near the Old House in High Town in the city centre.

Booth Hall was, in all probability, the original Merchants' Guild Hall.

Today, the building is a public house. On the first floor is the hall itself, with panelling and a timber roof, which dates back to the 14th century and is an absolute gem.

It is open to the public.
