St. Peter and St. Paul Church (Grays)
St. Peter and St. Paul Church is the parish church of Grays in Essex.
It stands in the original village centre, a little away from the present town centre.
The church was largely rebuilt in 1846, but includes parts dating from much earlier.
The crossing is 12th century, the North transeptal tower is 13th century and so is the South doorway.
The font is Perpendicular and octagonal.
