Craigmillar Castle (Edinburgh)
Craigmillar Castle is a historic castle in Edinburgh.
It is situated 2 miles from the City Centre.
The castle was built in the 15th century as an L - plan tower house, with a range of private rooms added later.
Mary Queen of Scots fled to Craigmillar Castle after the murder of Rizzio.
It is now in the care of Historic Scotland.
