Coventry Station (Coventry)

Coventry Station serves the historic Midlands cathedral city of Coventry.

The station is a relatively modern one, having been rebuilt in 1962.

Trains for Coventry from London depart from Euston Station, and pass through Watford, Milton Keynes and Rugby. The line continues to Birmingham New Street Station.

Another line runs Southwards to Leamington, Banbury and Oxford, and there is another line running Northwards to Nuneaton.

On the platform is a memorial to the poet Philip Larkin, who was born at Coventry.
