Coggeshall Grange Barn (Coggeshall)
Coggeshall Grange Barn is a historic building at the picturesque Essex town of Coggeshall.
It is situated in Grange Hill.
This magnificent timber framed barn was constructed in the 12th century, for the monks of the nearby Cistercian abbey.
It is the oldest timber framed barn in Europe, and is now in the hands of the National Trust.
There is a history exhibition and a collection of farm waggons and carts.
