Bolton Station is the railway station that serves the busy town of Bolton in Greater Manchester.

It was built in 1874.

Trains come from Manchester, by way of Salford, Kearsley and Farnworth.

They continue to Entwistle, Darwen and Blackburn.

Another line runs to Westhoughton, Hindley and Wigan.

Yet another goes to Horwich, Chorley and Preston.

There is a bus station in the station forecourt.
