Blackburn Cathedral (Blackburn)
The Cathedral of St. Mary is the cathedral that serves Blackburn in Lancashire.
It was built as a parish church between 1820 and 1826.
The church was raised to cathedral status when the see was founded in 1927.
It is built in the Gothic Revival style, and has a five bay nave and a Western tower.
There is an open arched porch, incorporating an open air pulpit.
