Belfast Zoo Gardens is a popular attraction in the Northern Ireland city of Belfast.
Its situation affords excellent views over Belfast Lough.
The zoo cares for more than 140 species, many of which are endangered in their natural surroundings.
The Rainforest House has a walk through exhibition and tropical landscaping, with a constant temperature of 27 degrees.
Among the animals that can be seen are a giant anteater, a tree kangaroo, white nosed coati, river hogs, penguins and tamarins.
