Upper Stowe
Upper Stowe is a hamlet on a ridge in Northamptonshire, six miles from Daventry, with superb views across rolling countryside.
It is part of the larger parish of Stowe-Nine-Churches, and not far from Watling Street, the celebrated Roman road.
St. James the Great Church, with its ancient tower, is at Upper Stowe, and over the road is the Old Dairy Farm Centre.
