Tolgus is a former mining village in Cornwall, 1 mile from Redruth.
Tolgus Mill was a watermill.
The area has been developed as Cornish Goldsmiths Treasure Park, one of the area`s major tourist attractions. There are displays on Cornwall`s extractive industries, with some emphasis on tin and gold.
There are also opportunities to buy jewellery made of gold, silver and precious stones.
The cafe features Cornish food.
