Sutton Manor
Sutton Manor is a village in Merseyside, formerly Lancashire, not far from St. Helens.
The village was built for the men who worked at the important Sutton Manor coal mine.
On the top of the hill, on the site of the mine, is Dream, the amazing artwork by the Catalan sculptor Jaume Plensa. Designed to be seen for miles, it is the giant head of a young girl on the verge of sleeping and dreaming.
