South Woodham Ferrers
South Woodham Ferrers is a small New Town in Essex, close to the tidal River Crouch and 5 miles from Wickford.
It was added to the old village of Woodham Ferrers, a little to the North, and the Town Square was formally opened by the Queen in 1981.
