Saxmundham
Saxmundham is a small market town in Suffolk, 18 miles from Ipswich and 6 miles from the coast.
St. John`s Church, on the edge of the town, is of the Decorated and Perpendicular style, and has a fine hammerbeam roof, together with a very welcoming sign beside the road.
The little Market Place is just off the attractive main street.
Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Saxmundham for groups.
