Parkend
Parkend is a village in Gloucestershire, in the Forest of Dean and 4 miles from Lydney.
There was formerly a colliery here.
The Nagshead Nature Reserve, 760 acres of oak and beech woodland, is managed by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
The Northern terminus of the preserved Dean Forest Railway is at Parkend.
