Melton
Melton is a village in Suffolk, on the estuary of the River Deben and on the outskirts of Woodbridge.
St. Andrew`s Church was built in the 1860s, and has an interesting sacrament font.
Old Melton Church, a mile away, is looked after by a local trust.
On a hillside across the Deben, also a mile away, is the famous Anglo-Saxon ship burial site at Sutton Hoo.
Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Melton for groups.
