Idsworth
Idsworth is a deserted village site in Hampshire, 5 miles from Havant.
The first syllable is pronounced "Ides", to rhyme with "tides". It is known locally as Old Idsworth.
St. Hubert`s Church stands alone in a field. It is a small Norman church and has mediaeval wall paintings, including one of Salome and others showing the story of St. Hubert.
