London and Jack the Ripper (A Coach Trip in London)
"London and Jack the Ripper" is one of the very popular Coach Trips devised and led by Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby, of Colin Crosby Heritage Tours.
These trips are an ideal way of soaking up some Local History, particularly the ones involving London, England`s capital city.
The coach leaves St. Margarets Bus Station in Leicester City Centre at 8am, and is due back around 9pm.
Colin gives his customary commentary along the way, bringing to life the sights and places along the route. This is one of the aspects of Colin`s excursions that make them quite unique.
As a key part of this trip, Colin leads his "Jack the Ripper" walk, around the East End of London where these hideous murders were committed in 1888, visiting the murder sites, and discusses some of the people, some prominent, who have been suspected of being the murderer.
