Looking Back at Leicester`s Cinemas
I went to a talk recently at Age Concern in Leicester.
The speaker was Ron Lambell, and his talk was "Looking Back at Leicester`s Cinemas".
As a former cinema manager of long standing (but not in Leicester), the subject was particularly interesting to me.
Obviously, I only remembered a handful of the cinemas, but was aware of most of the others mentioned.
This sort of thing usually inspires a lively discussion amongst people of a certain age!
